Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of practical and effective self-defense strategies, tailored specifically for women.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): Using the art of leverage and control, you will learn to defend yourself against larger and stronger opponents. Learn essential grappling techniques, focusing on escapes and positional control.
  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): Combine striking, clinching, and ground defense to handle various real-world scenarios. You’ll be introduced to skills in boxing and kickboxing to become well-rounded in your self-defense capabilities.
  • Situational Awareness: Gain critical insights into identifying and avoiding potential threats, enhancing your overall safety in everyday situations.
